Common Service Questions
What services do you offer?
We specialise in creating fully organised photographic holiday experiences designed for photographers who want to enjoy their passion while travelling and exploring unique locations. We offer both landscape photography trips and model photography holidays, working with carefully selected professional models to provide creative and high-quality shooting opportunities. Each trip is completely organised from start to finish, including: Hand-picked accommodation Pre-scouted and proven shooting locations A structured photography schedule Carefully planned daily shooting opportunities Our aim is to remove the stress and time involved in planning a photography trip yourself. Organising something of this standard independently can take weeks of research, location scouting, and coordination, often with additional costs. By joining one of our trips, you also benefit from shared group costs, which helps make the overall price significantly more affordable compared to arranging a similar experience privately. This allows you to focus entirely on what matters most—capturing great images, meeting like-minded photographers, and enjoying a fully immersive photographic experience.
How do I book your service?
To book onto one of our photographic holiday trips, simply send us a message through our Contact Us page.
We do not use automated booking systems or automated replies. Every enquiry is handled personally by our team, ensuring you receive a tailored response and dedicated support from the very beginning.
Once you let us know which trip you are interested in, we will:
Answer any questions you may have
Provide full details about the experience
Guide you through the booking process
Arrange your payment securely to confirm your place
This personal approach means you are always speaking to a real person who understands the trips in detail and can help you choose the right experience for you.
How much does your service cost?
Each photographic holiday trip is priced individually, and full pricing can be found on our Events page.
The cost of each trip is calculated based on a number of factors, including:
The number of photographers attending
The number of professional models involved (where applicable)
Accommodation and location costs
Transport and transfers during the trip
Food and overall trip management
Because every trip is carefully designed and varies in scale and location, pricing will differ depending on the specific experience.
Our shared group structure also helps reduce individual costs, making these high-quality photographic experiences more affordable than organising a similar trip independently.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a £1,000 deposit per trip to secure your place.
This deposit confirms your booking and helps ensure all participants are committed to the experience, allowing us to properly plan and invest in the trip arrangements.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
However, as payments are split into three instalments, we do offer a cancellation policy which provides further details on how payments are handled depending on when cancellation occurs. Full information can be found further down in our FAQ section.
What areas do you cover & how do I know if the trip is right for me?
We run photographic holidays and events across the UK and Europe, focusing on carefully selected locations that offer strong opportunities for both landscape and model photography.
Our trips are designed to suit different levels of experience, comfort, and physical ability. To help you choose the right experience, we categorise all trips into three tiers:
Tier 1 – Relaxed Photography Holidays
Ideal for photographers looking for a more relaxed experience.
These trips involve:
Local or easily accessible locations
Minimal walking or hiking
A focus on enjoying the holiday alongside photography
Tier 2 – Moderate Adventure Trips
Suitable for photographers who want more variety and adventure.
These trips may include:
Short hikes or moderate walking distances
Locations with uneven terrain or more challenging access
Occasional elements such as height-based viewpoints or boat access
Tier 3 – Advanced Adventure Trips
Designed for experienced and physically active photographers.
These trips involve:
More demanding hikes (typically 1–2 hours or more)
Remote or difficult-to-access locations
Physically challenging environments
Participants must be in good physical condition and free from health conditions that could make this level of activity unsafe.
To ensure safety and the right fit for each trip, we collect important health and safety information from all participants before confirmation.
If you are unsure which tier is right for you, we are always happy to advise based on your experience and fitness level.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Yes, there are a few important things you will need to prepare before your trip.
After booking, we will ask you to complete a short health and safety questionnaire, and we strongly recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance for the duration of the trip.
Flights are not included in the price, so you will also need to organise your own travel to and from the destination.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed guided preparation and packing list. This will help ensure you bring the correct clothing and equipment for the specific locations and conditions of your trip.
We also recommend bringing:
Your photography equipment
Spare batteries
Extra memory cards
Any essential accessories or backups
While issues are rare, equipment failures can happen when you least expect them. We always advise being fully prepared to avoid missing valuable shooting opportunities.
In some cases, we may carry backup equipment for emergency use, but it remains the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are properly equipped for the trip.
If you are ever unsure about what to bring, we are always happy to advise before you travel.
Can I bring a partner?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a partner (spouse or companion) on selected trips, subject to availability.
An additional cost of £500 applies for a non-photographing partner. This covers their accommodation contribution, food, and transfers during the trip.
Partners will share accommodation with the booking participant. If a separate room is required, this will be charged at the full trip rate and subject to availability.
If your partner would also like to participate in the photography activities, they will need to book a full place on the trip, as spaces are limited and the schedule is planned around confirmed participants.
All accompanying partners must complete a basic health and safety questionnaire prior to the trip.
We regularly welcome couples on our trips and encourage shared experiences where appropriate. However, we ask that all guests respect the group environment and itinerary. If behaviour disrupts the experience for others or affects the smooth running of the trip, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include removal from the trip if necessary.
If you are unsure whether bringing a partner is suitable for a specific trip, please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to advise.
I prefer to shoot one to one – is there much option on these trips?
Yes, most of our shooting opportunities are structured to allow for one-to-one sessions between a photographer and a model.
We carefully organise and rotate models throughout the trip to ensure that every photographer has fair and balanced access to each model in a variety of locations.
This approach allows you to enjoy focused shooting time while also benefiting from working with different models and environments across the trip.
Our aim is to maintain a good balance between individual creative time and a well-managed group experience, ensuring everyone gets the most out of the opportunity.
Are you insured? Yes, we are fully covered by public liability insurance through Hiscox for all of our organised photographic holidays and events, providing peace of mind throughout our trips.

What is your cancellation policy?
Payments are taken in three instalments, unless a different payment plan has been agreed with the organiser.
Your deposit is non-refundable. This is required to secure your place and ensure the planning and costs of the trip can be confirmed in advance.
Your second payment is fully refundable up until the final payment due date.
If you cancel after the final payment has been made, you will receive a 50% refund of payments made (excluding the deposit).
If you are able to find a suitable replacement photographer to take your place, we will offer a 100% refund of payments made (excluding the deposit) once the replacement has been confirmed.
