Wanderlust Getaways | Photography Holidays in Europe - About us

About us

Photography is more than what you shoot — it’s where you shoot, who you work with, and the environment you create in. It’s about connecting with like-minded photographers and models, sharing ideas, and being part of something creative. Wanderlust Getaways was created to bring that experience to life — through carefully curated photography trips in inspiring locations.

With over 15 years in the modelling industry, I’ve worked with photographers and models across studios, homes, and locations around the world. While each setting offers something different, outdoor shoots have always stood out — using natural light and real environments to create something more. My passion for travel led me to explore unique locations across Europe, often venturing beyond the usual places to find something different. Inspired by this, I created Wanderlust Getaways to share these experiences with other creatives. Each trip is designed to be relaxed, supportive, and professionally run — with carefully selected models and locations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. — Ashley Ashton

Our trips are designed around small groups and one-to-one shooting opportunities, allowing photographers to work closely with each model and explore their creativity. We welcome photographers of all levels, creating a supportive and inclusive environment where people can learn, connect, and build lasting relationships. Many continue to collaborate long after the trips end. The balance of structured shoots and relaxed downtime makes each trip not just productive, but genuinely enjoyable.
