" I understand this is a legally Binding Agreement: By signing this document, you acknowledge that this is a legally binding contract between you (the participant) and Wanderlust Getaways. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants on the trip, and to set clear expectations and guidelines for behaviour during the Trip. This contract protects both the company and the participants, ensuring that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and the risks associated with the Trip.

Acknowledgment of Risks: I, the undersigned participant, understand and acknowledge that my participation in the Trip involves inherent risks, including physical activities and outdoor events, which may lead to injury or damage. I agree to accept all risks and agree to participate voluntarily in the Trip. I acknowledge that the environment is challenging, with the potential for exposure to harsh weather, slippery surfaces, and other physical risks. I accept that skiing, hiking, and outdoor photography in these conditions carry a degree of inherent danger.

Health Insurance: I confirm that I have valid health insurance covering me during the duration of the Trip. I will provide Wanderlust Getaways with my emergency contact information before the Trip. I understand that any medical treatment or emergency medical evacuation is my responsibility, and I waive any claim against Wanderlust Getaways for any injuries sustained.

Liability Waiver: In consideration of my participation in the Trip, I hereby waive any and all claims against Wanderlust Getaways, its agents, employees, or affiliates, for any injuries, damages, or accidents arising out of my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. This waiver applies to all claims, including but not limited to, claims for personal injury, death, or property damage.

Participant Acknowledgment: I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in the above document. I understand that I am participating in the Trip at my own risk, and I agree to hold Wanderlust Getaways and its representatives harmless from any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence. Hard Copy Agreement: A hard copy of this document will be provided to you on the arrival day of the trip. All guests of Wanderlust Getaways must complete a waiver on arrival. Refusal will mean the automatic withdrawal of your place.

Payments and Cancellation policy.

Payments for these trips are taken in 3 intallments, throughout the year before the trip. A security deposit is required for every trip of £1000 and is to secure your spot on our trip and to avoid financial loss to Wanderlust Getaways in the event of a cancellation.

If the trip sells out despite your cancellation, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid, minus your deposit.
