Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver

By participating in a Wanderlust Getaways experience, you acknowledge that this is a legally binding agreement between you (the participant) and Wanderlust Getaways. Participation in our trips involves inherent risks, including outdoor environments, travel, and physical activities such as walking, hiking, or shooting in varied terrain and weather conditions. These may include uneven surfaces, changing weather, and other natural factors. By joining the trip, you confirm that you understand these risks and choose to participate voluntarily.

Health & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel and health insurance covering the duration of the trip. You agree to provide emergency contact details prior to travel and understand that any medical treatment, evacuation, or related costs are your responsibility. Wanderlust Getaways cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the trip, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Acknowledgement

By taking part in a Wanderlust Getaways experience, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement and accept responsibility for your participation. A hard copy of this waiver will be provided on arrival and must be signed before any activities begin. Failure to sign the waiver will result in withdrawal from the trip.

Payments & Cancellation Policy

Payments for each trip are made in three instalments in the lead-up to departure. A non-refundable deposit of £1,000 is required to secure your place.

If you need to cancel and your place is successfully filled by another participant, any payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

Full payment terms and deadlines will be provided at the time of booking.
